Lakewood home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Lakewood fell by $7,000 while total sales increased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Lakewood in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
