Strongsville home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Strongsville rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 52%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $176,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Strongsville in February 2018.
