Brecksville home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Brecksville fell by $107,500 while total sales increased by 111.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 34.1% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Brecksville in February 2018.
