Garfield Heights home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Garfield Heights rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 37.5% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Garfield Heights in January 2018.
