Bedford Heights home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Bedford Heights rose by $20,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,500 - a 25% increase over the $82,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Bedford Heights in January 2018, as well.
