Parma home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Parma rose by $8,050 while total sales decreased by 19.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $94,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Parma in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,835, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
