Lakewood home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Lakewood rose by $33,800 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 23.9% increase over the $141,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Lakewood in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
