Cleveland Heights home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Cleveland Heights fell by $7,530 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,470 - a 8% decrease over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in December 2017.
