Lyndhurst home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Lyndhurst rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Lyndhurst in December 2017.
