Westlake home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Westlake fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 10.9% decrease over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Westlake in November 2017.
