Berea home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Berea rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Berea in October 2017.
