Olmsted Township home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Olmsted Township fell by $30,050 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,950 - a 13.7% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Olmsted Township in September 2017.
