Westlake home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Westlake rose by $50,100 while total sales increased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 25.1% increase over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Westlake in September 2017.
