Cleveland Heights home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Cleveland Heights rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 21.1% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
