Independence home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Independence rose by $75,175 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,000 - a 38.8% increase over the $193,825 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Independence in August 2017.
