Berea home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Berea rose by $14,450 while total sales remained unchanged with 28 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,700 - a 12% increase over the $120,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Berea in July 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,572, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
