North Olmsted home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in North Olmsted rose by $27,600 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,250 - a 20.1% increase over the $137,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in North Olmsted in July 2017.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
