Lakewood home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Lakewood rose by $11,850 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,350 - a 7.6% increase over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Lakewood in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
