Lakewood home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Lakewood rose by $23,900 while total sales increased by 30.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,900 - a 16.5% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Lakewood in June 2017.
