Olmsted Township home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Olmsted Township fell by $46,000 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 21.4% decrease over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Olmsted Township in June 2017.
