Westlake home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Westlake rose by $16,250 while total sales increased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 7% increase over the $233,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Westlake in June 2017.
