Bedford Heights home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Bedford Heights rose by $53,250 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,750 - a 86.6% increase over the $61,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bedford Heights in May 2017.
