Olmsted Township home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Olmsted Township rose by $47,550 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 27.2% increase over the $174,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Olmsted Township in May 2017.
