Westlake home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Westlake rose by $62,800 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,800 - a 34.9% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Westlake in May 2017.
