Orange home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Orange rose by $6,430 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $274,570 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Orange in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
