Moreland Hills home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Moreland Hills fell by $119,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,500 - a 29.4% decrease over the $406,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Moreland Hills in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $10,941, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
