Maple Heights home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Maple Heights rose by $7,667 while total sales increased by 204.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,500 - a 21.4% increase over the $35,834 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Maple Heights in April 2017.
