Bedford Heights home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Bedford Heights fell by $13,700 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,300 - a 17.6% decrease over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bedford Heights in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
