North Olmsted home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in North Olmsted rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 82.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 6% increase over the $140,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in North Olmsted in April 2017.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
