Lakewood home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Lakewood rose by $26,000 while total sales increased by 56.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Lakewood in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
