Olmsted Township home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Olmsted Township rose by $48,200 while total sales increased by 266.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 35.2% increase over the $136,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Olmsted Township in April 2017.
