Westlake home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Westlake fell by $53,750 while total sales increased by 82.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,250 - a 18.9% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Westlake in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
