Westlake home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Westlake fell by $41,500 while total sales increased by 105.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,500 - a 18.3% decrease over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Westlake in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
