Euclid home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Euclid rose by $2,333 while total sales increased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,500 - a 4.3% increase over the $54,167 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Euclid in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
