Parma home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Parma rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 25.8% increase over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Parma in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,835, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
