Berea home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Berea fell by $2,300 while total sales decreased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,700 - a 2.2% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Berea in February 2017.
