Bratenahl home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Bratenahl fell by $33,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 23.1% decrease over the $144,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bratenahl in February 2017, as well.
