Walton Hills home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Walton Hills fell by $27,300 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,950 - a 15.6% decrease over the $175,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Walton Hills in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
