Middleburg Heights home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Middleburg Heights rose by $34,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 29.6% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Middleburg Heights in February 2017.
