Brecksville home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Brecksville fell by $28,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $343,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Brecksville in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Brecksville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,647, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
