Euclid home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Euclid rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 2% increase over the $49,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Euclid in January 2017.
