Berea home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Berea rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,500 - a 6.6% increase over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Berea in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,572, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
