Lakewood home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Lakewood fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 12.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,950 - a 2.3% decrease over the $143,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Lakewood in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
