Orange home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Orange fell by $37,250 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,750 - a 15.9% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Orange in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 4.1% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
