Bedford home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Bedford fell by $17,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,750 - a 23.6% decrease over the $73,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Bedford in November 2016.
