Parma home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Parma rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Parma in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,835, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
