Middleburg Heights home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Middleburg Heights fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in November 2016.
