North Royalton home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in North Royalton rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 95.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in North Royalton in November 2016.
