Broadview Heights home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Broadview Heights rose by $27,471 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,971 - a 14.4% increase over the $190,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Broadview Heights in November 2016.
