Moreland Hills home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Moreland Hills fell by $56,500 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 17.6% decrease over the $321,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Moreland Hills in November 2016.
